Luke has worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years, establishing himself as a professional trainer through his unique training approach and natural ability to motivate the people around him. The foundation of becoming a seasoned fitness professional stems from his experience working as a rehab specialist at Lake Washington Physical Therapy, and time spent as a Master Trainer at both Gold’s Gym and 24 Hour Fitness. Highlighting the unique opportunity to provide coaching for professional NFL athletes at Ford Sports Performance. Luke also graduated from Western Washington University with a BS degree in Kinesiology, Pre-Physical Therapy. With the culmination of practical and educational experience, Luke believes that he can build a sturdy foundation of physical fitness and well-being based on realistic and sustainable life choices. Regardless of where you are in your personal journey Luke’s goal is to be there each step of the way.

In his role, Kyle oversees daily operations, including staffing, customer service, business development, marketing, and financial management. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of fitness, advocating for a holistic approach that includes regular exercise, proper nutrition, personalized coaching, and accountability to foster confidence and personal achievement. Frank Marinkovich, MD, is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is proud to provide high-quality care at Eastside Family Health Center in Kirkland, Washington. He completed his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean in Montserrat in the West Indies and his Internal Medicine residency at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Marinkovich joined Shoreline Family Medical Center in 1991 as an internist and continued there until 1999. In 1999, he established Eastside Family Health Center, and he has had a thriving practice ever since.

Hussain’s journey with fitness, and sports goes back for over a couple of decades. As a former soccer player, he experienced some injuries which ignited his passion to focus on sport and non-sport-related injury and therapeutic exercise programs. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Kinesiology abroad and a second master’s in Exercise Sciences from Western Washington University. Hussain has extensive experience in clinical exercise physiology and sport/non-sport injuries. He is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine since 2014. He has a unique approach to assessing and addressing client’s concerns such as: musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and metabolic. Hussain enjoys all types of clients but he especially likes working with challenging cases both in sports rehabilitation and high-performance athletic arenas.

Lee Noyola’s passion for fitness began after he ruptured his L4 and L5 in high school due to poorly taught lifting mechanics. Without the help of a specialist, Lee was able to rehabilitate himself and became inspired to embark on his health and wellness career. He is a certified Personal Trainer by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (2015) and also certified as a Correctional Exercise Specialist. His main focus as a coach is improving the quality of life through physical movement and giving individuals the power to regain control of their own bodies.

With this in mind, Ashley has dedicated her life to all things holistic health related and strives to be the coach she needed when she began her personal transformation journey.

I had the best experience during the grand opening of the IV studio. I really wanted to get the IV Immunity Boost but because I had to catch a flight, I could only get the IM Shot. IV Therapy Session takes about 30 minutes, IM Shot takes 5 minute. From the moment I entered the studio, I saw only professionalism. Luke invited me to fill out a form that was then given to Dr. Frank. After discussing with Dr. Frank about my health, he suggested the immunity boost that I wanted to get. I appreciate that they have a doctor ready to check your health before you get an IV. For example, my wife is pregnant and because we spoke with the doctor there, he told us that we should dilute the IM shot since she is pregnant. These are things that we don't know, and it is great to be able to speak with a professional. All of this is included in the price of the IV session or IM Shot. I am super grateful, and when I get back, I will have to try the IV Therapy for sure!

I met Luke when I was looking for a personal trainer to help with my rehab after a knee surgery. I wanted to transition from Physiotherapy focusing just on my knee to being able to exercise my full body again. I find it really hard to make time for exercise with a very busy work schedule. Luke has been amazing on this journey, he is very supportive, approaches our training holistically, paying attention to not only the progress in my body but also my overall motivation and wellbeing. Not only Luke but the whole team here are approachable and friendly. I started workout sessions 2x week with Luke approximately 2 1/2 months ago. I'm over 50, active and in relatively good cardio/vascular condition, but I wanted help with muscle tone, flexibility and overall stability. Luke has been great for all of this. He asks each session how my body is feeling and works on problem areas if something is tight. He reviews my overall fitness and well being goals regularly. He knows how to read me and push me just beyond my comfort level without any occurring any overuse injuries. I truly enjoy my work out with him each time I go. His entire team seems very professional and friendly. They know everyone by their first names even if they don't work out with that particular client. I am very impressed by this.
